• High-value escorts for assets like cash, gold, supercars, and containers.
• Event security for functions like music festivals and corporate events.
• Specialized recovery services for stolen or high-value assets.
• Tactical support, unarmed guarding, and armed guarding.

We provide these services based on the information you share with us. Final agreements, including scope and pricing, will be detailed in a separate contract after consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your security needs, such as event details, asset descriptions, or travel plans.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or circumstances that may affect our services.
• Comply with all safety protocols and instructions provided by our team during service delivery.
• Make payments as agreed in the service contract, including any deposits or fees for cancellations.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees will be outlined in your contract after consultation. You agree to pay invoices on time as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees, as outlined in the contract. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as safety risks, and will notify you promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Strikepoint Executive Protection is committed to providing high-quality security services. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Incidents resulting from your failure to provide accurate information or follow safety protocols.
• Any indirect losses, such as lost profits, unless caused by our negligence.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, as per South African law.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of security services. All information you share with us, such as asset details or travel plans, will be kept confidential and used only to deliver our services. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery (e.g., coordinating with event venues).

7. Website Use

Our website provides information about our services and allows you to contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website or interfere with its functionality.
• Copy or distribute content from the website without our permission.
